Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, expanding Gastech’s presence in both local and international markets. This role offers the opportunity to develop and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy while working closely with key stakeholders to grow brand recognition and drive engagement.
A start is available towards the end of March this year for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve company business objectives.
- Manage the total marketing budget, including Local Area Marketing (LAM) budgets for regional campaigns.
- Oversee all promotional aspects of the business, including:
- Digital marketing (website, social media, SEM, EDM).
- Content creation (long-form and short-form video).
- Print marketing, sponsorships, and exhibitions.
- Event planning (in-house and external events).
- Public relations and promotional product sourcing.
- Lead new product launches, overseeing branding, packaging, labeling, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to drive data-backed decisions and measure marketing performance.
- Manage relationships with outsourced design and advertising agencies.
- Collaborate with suppliers and key stakeholders to secure funding, labour, and promotional support for events.
- Represent Gastech at events, meetings, and presentations, including regional, interstate, and international travel.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 quality standards, maintaining marketing process documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the industrial, technology, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and PR strategies.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Strong communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
- Experience managing external agencies and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel locally, interstate, and internationally as required.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 quality systems is advantageous.
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
