Advanced Booking Service (ABS) now available!

This new service will allow you to absorb a turn around time that exceeds your requirement by continuing to use the instrument until a shorter window of time before the actual service. It's just like booking in your car for a service!

Q-Jumper

In situations where customers need equipment serviced urgently they can utilise our Q-Jumper system. For a small additional cost per unit the instrument has its priority elevated to the next available technician.

- Generally a 48hr turn around from
- arrival to repair assessment quote.
- $50.00+GST extra per unit

Standard Priority

The traditional way we have serviced, where your unit will be booked in on arrival and make its way up the list as units before it are completed.
Please be aware that our turn around times can fluctuate above our nominal 2-4 days but we will contact you as soon as inspection and quoting has been completed.

To save time processing your service job it is important that any unit being sent in be accompanied with company and contact details including email address and phone number.
