F-Guard UVIR & UVIR HD
Gastech’s F-Guard-UVIR flame detectors provide ultra-fast response, high performance and reliable detection of hydrocarbon fires (visible and nonvisible), as well as applications involving materials such as lithium, sulphur etc. with potential fires in the non-visible spectrum.
The detector addresses slow growing fires as well as fast eruptions of fire using improved UV-IR technology. The detector operates in all weather and light conditions.
The HD variant provides high-definition (HD) video output of the monitored area with clear imaging of a fire event and of personnel at distances up to 100 ft. (30m) allowing rescuers to know the exact situation before entering the hazardous area. It will automatically record a video of a fire event (1 min pre-alarm/ up to 3 min post-alarm). F-Guard IR3 CO2L
Additional to the base model IR3 detectors the F-Guard IR3 CO2L flame detector has been optimized to provide a fast, robust detection of a wide range of heavy hydrocarbon fires, where combustion exhaust gases may be present, and standard IR3 detectors might false alarm.

Available in both standard IR3 an IR3 HD variants. The HD variant adds a high-definition (HD) colour video output of the monitored area with clear imaging of events and personnel up to 30m allowing respondersto know the exact situation before entering the hazardous area. Video and data of events are stored saved quickly to nonvolatile memory for post incident investigation. The recordings start one minute before detection and continue for up to four minutes.
F-Guard FLS/IM
Flame simulators are often used by industry to perform detector testing during commissioning and periodic system testing. The F-Guard simulators are inexpensive, lightweight and straightforward to use.
The modern ergonomic design, with alignment markers, allows accurate, fast and convenient detector performance verification. Suitable for use in hazardous areas, the simulators can be used at distances of up to 23.0 feet (7.0 meters) from the detector.
