How It Works
Each day, your team docks their gas detectors in the docking station. The station automatically bump tests, calibrates, and charges each unit - and in the background, Industrial Scientific's iNet Exchange platform is scanning the health of the sensors, battery, circuit board, and internal components. If a unit starts to decline, the system flags it and triggers a replacement before it fails. You receive an email alert, and a working replacement unit is already on its way from Industrial Scientific. When the box arrives, swap it out and send the old unit back using the pre-paid return label inside. There are no purchase orders to raise, no repair jobs to log, and no downtime waiting for a fix. Calibration gas is managed the same way. The docking station tracks usage and expiry dates across all cylinders. When a replacement is due, it's ordered and dispatched automatically - so by the time you need it, it's already there.
