The miniDOSE is an easy to use electronic personal dosimeter that records accumulated X-ray and gamma radiation dosages using a sensitive CsI(Tl) scintillation detector. Powered by a single AAA battery, it lets you monitor your exposure in real time on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
A daily datalog of accumulated dose is easily downloaded to a computer through the micro-USB interface, and the included miniREC software makes it simple to manage your radiation exposure records. Audible and visual alarms warn the user when accumulated dose or dose rate limits are exceeded.
Ideal for healthcare workers who help protect patients, the miniDOSE ships as a complete package with user instructions, miniREC software, a micro-USB cable, protective silicone case, lanyard and calibration certificate. Although this product is no longer available for sale, it remains supported by Gastech Technical Services and Support.
