Docking Stations

Manual bump testing and calibration takes time, and for large fleets across multiple sites, it takes a lot of time. A docking station automates the process. Instruments are docked at the start or end of a shift, and the station performs the bump test or calibration automatically, records the result and uploads the data, so the person managing the fleet spends minutes instead of hours on compliance. Gastech supplies docking stations for the major gas detector brands we carry, covering Industrial Scientific, Honeywell, ION Science and M-Power instruments. The DSX range by Industrial Scientific handles automated bump testing, calibration, charging and data upload for Ventis MX4 and Ventis Pro5 monitors, with standalone, cloud and server options. The AutoRAE 2 by Honeywell handles automatic bump testing and calibration for the RAE Systems portable range, including the ToxiRAE Pro, MultiRAE, QRAE 3 and ppbRAE 3000. The IntelliDoX by Honeywell is a modular docking station for BW Solo, BW Flex 4 and BW MicroClip Series instruments, with up to 10 modules linking together in a single configuration.

The M-Power SDM Series covers docking and calibration for the UNI MP100 and MUNI MP420 portable monitors, with single-bay and 4-bay CaliCase options. The ION Science ARA Dock handles bump testing and simultaneous calibration of up to four ARA single gas detectors.
