UNI MP100T & MP300T1

Gas Detector Docking Stations

The UNI MP100T Docking Box and MP300T1 CaliCase by M-Power are docking and calibration stations for UNI and UNI 321 single gas detectors. The MP100T handles one instrument, and the MP300T1 handles up to four at once. Both provide semi automated bump testing and calibration, data download and configuration upload on one platform, with single button operation and an onboard compliance record.

KEY BENEFITS

  •   Semi-automated bump testing and calibration reduces manual effort and testing time
  •   Data downloading and instrument configuration upload on the same platform
  •   Up to 4 UNI instruments calibrated simultaneously on the MP300T1: faster fleet turnaround
  •   Up to 1,999 or 100,000 calibration and bump test records stored on-board as a compliance record
  •   Portable operation using rechargeable battery: up to 1,000 bump tests on a single charge

Two Options for Different Fleet Sizes

The MP100T and MP300T1 do the same job at different scales. Both handle the three core docking station functions: semi automated calibration or bump testing, data download and uploading instrument configuration. Which one to choose depends on how many instruments need testing at once.

The MP100T Docking Box handles one UNI instrument at a time. It suits small fleets, single users and field service work where one instrument needs a quick bump or calibration before a job. It weighs 1.5 kg and runs on a rechargeable battery for remote use.

The MP300T1 CaliCase handles up to four UNI instruments at once. For a fleet of UNI single gas detectors, it cuts the time needed to keep them bump tested and calibrated. Instruments are tested together and their records stored automatically, all in a robust, all in one hard case that holds the gas cylinder and regulator inside.

Simple to Use

Both docks use single button operation. A built in pump draws air for zeroing or test gas for calibration and bump testing, and an exhaust outlet guides toxic gas away from the operator.

The MP100T uses an external cylinder with a demand flow regulator, connected by quick connects for 6 mm tubing. The MP300T1 includes a C-10 demand flow regulator and all gas connections, with room for the cylinder inside the case.

Compliance Records

All calibrations and bump tests are stored in onboard memory as a compliance record. The MP100T stores up to 1,999 records and the MP300T1 up to 100,000. Records download to a PC through mPower Suite software for reporting.

Both docks run on rechargeable lithium batteries, with enough charge for up to 1,000 bump tests. On the MP300T1, that’s up to 4,000 instrument tests.

Supported Gases

The docks support all the gases in the UNI sensor range except ozone, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen chloride and hydrogen fluoride. Both are designed for use in non hazardous locations.

The MP100T handles one UNI instrument at a time and stores up to 1,999 compliance records. The MP300T1 handles up to four instruments simultaneously and stores up to 100,000 records. Both provide the same core functions of bump testing, calibration, data download and instrument configuration upload.

Both the MP100T and MP300T1 are compatible with the UNI MP100 and UNI 321 single gas detector ranges from M-Power.

Both docking stations support up to 1,000 bump tests on a single rechargeable battery charge, making them practical for field use without mains power.

Records are downloaded to a PC using mPower Suite software. The software allows compliance records to be reviewed, exported and retained for reporting purposes.

Yes. The MP300T1 is housed in a robust all-in-one hard case designed for field deployment and both units operate on rechargeable battery power without requiring mains power.

No. The MP100T and MP300T1 are designed for use in non hazardous locations only. Bump test and calibrate instruments in a safe area before taking them on site.
