Gastech delivers end-to-end gas detector service and support for every instrument we supply and many that we did not. Our in-house service and calibration facility in WA is staffed by experienced technicians trained across the full range of brands we distribute, including Industrial Scientific, Honeywell, Testo, ION Science, M-Power, Spectrex and Riken, as well as our own Gastech-branded range.
Regular service and calibration is not optional in a gas detection program. It is the difference between an instrument that works and one that gives you a false reading at exactly the wrong moment. Australian workplace health and safety legislation and the instrument manufacturers themselves set clear requirements for service intervals, bump testing protocols and calibration gas standards and Gastech helps our customers meet every one of them, in accordance with Safe Work Australia guidelines.
Beyond the workshop, our national field service team operates across Australia from our offices in WA, NSW and QLD, providing on-site maintenance, emergency response and project commissioning support wherever your operation is located. For customers managing large fleets of gas detectors, G-Manager gives real-time visibility of instrument status, calibration due dates and service history from any web-enabled device, removing the administrative burden of fleet management and replacing it with a system that works.
