Docking Station
The MuniDock MP420T by M-Power is a docking and calibration station for the MUNI MP420 four gas detector. Just connect the gases, place the MUNI in the bay in communication mode and press start for a fast bump test or calibration. All results are stored in onboard flash memory as a compliance record that can be downloaded without the MUNI present. It runs on a rechargeable battery for up to 1,000 bump tests per charge, so it works in the field without mains power.

Fast, Simple Compliance for the MUNI MP420
The MuniDock MP420T makes it straightforward to keep a MUNI MP420 fleet bump tested and calibrated. Connect the gases, place the MUNI in the bay in communication mode and press start. The MuniDock runs the bump test or calibration and stores the result in its flash memory.
There’s no manual data entry, and no need to keep the instrument docked to get to its compliance record later.
Gas Supply and Connections
The MuniDock is designed for the four most commonly measured gases: oxygen, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide and methane, as a gas mix of up to four gases. A second test gas inlet handles alternate gases, including hydrogen cyanide and sulphur dioxide.
A built in pump draws air for zeroing and test gas for calibration and bump testing. Cylinders and regulators connect externally, and demand flow regulators are required. Quick connects for 6 mm OD tubing provide two test gas inlets, an air inlet for zeroing and a gas outlet for safe exhaust.
Compliance Records
The MuniDock stores up to 2,000 calibration and bump test records in reliable flash memory, separate from the MUNI instruments. Records download to a PC over USB using mPower Suite software, with or without the instrument present.
Portable for Field and Workshop Use
The rechargeable lithium battery gives up to 1,000 bump tests per charge, so the MuniDock works in the field without mains power. It charges from a 12 V DC wall adapter or from a PC over USB. The robust, all in one hard case protects it between sites.
The MuniDock is for use in non hazardous locations. Bump test and calibrate instruments in a safe area before taking them on site.
