POLI MonoDock MP400T

Docking Station

The POLI MonoDock by M-Power is a docking and calibration station for the POLI MP400 and MP400P multi-gas detectors. Available in two versions: one for pumped POLI instruments and one for diffusion POLI instruments. The MonoDock provides fast, one-button bump testing and calibration for a single POLI instrument. All calibration and bump test results are stored in on-board flash memory as a compliance record, downloadable independently of the instruments themselves. Portable with rechargeable battery power for up to 1,000 bump tests per charge, the MonoDock keeps POLI multi-gas detector fleets compliant in the workshop or in the field.

KEY BENEFITS

  •   One-button operation for bump testing or calibration: place the instrument, connect the cable and press start
  •   2,000 calibration and bump test records stored in reliable flash memory as a compliance record
  •   Records downloadable independently of the instrument, no need to keep the POLI docked to access compliance history
  •   Portable rechargeable battery operation for up to 1,000 bump tests per charge
  •   Two versions available, pumped and diffusion, to match the POLI instrument configuration

Fast Calibration and Compliance for POLI Multi Gas Detectors

The POLI MonoDock makes it simple to keep POLI multi gas detectors bump tested and calibrated. Place the POLI in the bay, connect the cable and press start. The MonoDock runs the bump test or calibration and stores the result in its onboard memory.

All results are kept as a compliance record that can be downloaded without the POLI in place, so there’s no need to keep an instrument docked to get to its history.

Two Versions to Match Your POLI

There are two MonoDock versions. One suits the pumped POLI MP400P and uses the instrument’s own pump. The other suits the diffusion POLI MP400 and has a built in pump to draw the gas. Both use the same one button operation and the same record storage.

Portable for Field Use

The rechargeable lithium battery gives up to 1,000 bump tests per charge, so the MonoDock works in the field without mains power. Its robust, all in one hard case protects it in transit.

Gas cylinders and regulators connect externally, with demand flow regulators preferred. Quick connects for 6 mm OD tubing provide two test gas inlets for calibration and bump testing, plus an air inlet for zeroing.

Supported Gases

The MonoDock calibrates with gas mixes of up to four gases. Supported gases include O2, CO, H2S, methane, isobutylene for PID, CO2, NH3, HCN, NO, PH3, SO2, ethylene oxide, methyl mercaptan and THT. For other toxic gases, talk to our Technical Consultants about availability.

Compliance Record Management

The MonoDock stores up to 2,000 calibration and bump test records in reliable flash memory. Records download to a PC over USB using mPower Suite software, where they can be reviewed, exported and kept for compliance reporting.

The MonoDock is for use in non hazardous locations. Bump test and calibrate instruments in a safe area before taking them on site.

The pumped version suits the POLI MP400P and uses the instrument's own pump. The diffusion version suits the POLI MP400 and has a built in pump. Both offer the same one button bump testing and calibration, record storage and data download.

The MonoDock stores 2,000 calibration or bump test records in on-board flash memory. Records can be downloaded to a PC via USB using mPower Suite software without the POLI instrument present.

Yes. The MonoDock operates on rechargeable lithium battery power with capacity for up to 1,000 bump tests per charge, making it fully portable for field deployment.

No. The MonoDock is rated for use in non-hazardous locations only. Bump testing and calibration should be performed in a safe area before deploying the POLI instrument into the hazardous zone.

Records are downloaded via USB Type A connection to a PC running mPower Suite software.

The POLI MonoDock handles one instrument at a time. For larger POLI fleets, talk to our Technical Consultants about calibration options.
