Hands-free bump testing and calibration for your detector fleet
The most cost-effective way to manage the calibration and bump testing of BW portable gas detectors is through the MicroDock II automated test and calibration system. Fully portable and easily expandable, it requires no computer and provides simultaneous management of up to ten modules.
MicroDock II delivers fully automatic hands-free calibration and functional bump testing, verifies audible and visual alarm performance, and stores calibration records both in the station and in datalogging instruments. It is entirely self-contained and can run on 6V line power or four C-cell batteries.
Extra docking modules connect via simple plug-in connections with no external pressure transducers or gas lines required. Included BW Fleet Manager II software makes data analysis easy, and multiple MicroDock II systems can be networked via a LAN.
