The SharpEye 20/20R single IR flame detector is built to detect hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires, applying advanced flame analysis tools to provide dependable early warning of flaming fires.
By operating at the 4.4 micron wavelength, the detector achieves maximum sensitivity to hydrocarbon flames while rejecting interference from IR sources such as sunlight and IR projectors.
Sensitivity selection, user-programmable configuration and both automatic and manual Built-In Test keep the 20/20R matched to the hazard, and its 4-20mA output plus RS-485 interface make integration straightforward.
