The 40/40R detects hydrocarbon-based fuel and gas fires using sophisticated flame analysis tools, working at 4.4 um for maximum sensitivity while remaining immune to false alarms from IR sources such as sunlight and IR projectors.
Engineered as one of the most durable and weather-resistant single IR flame detectors on the market, it introduces a heated window to eliminate condensation and icing, HART digital communications, lower power requirements and a compact, lighter design.
Backed by a 5-year warranty and approved to IEC 61508 Safety Integrity requirements of SIL2, the 40/40R offers multiple output options for maximum flexibility and compatibility across demanding industrial environments.
