The Honeywell BW Icon is a fixed-life four-gas detector engineered for simplicity. Activate it once and you get two full years of continuous protection against the most common gas hazards, with no need to replace sensors or batteries and no hidden running costs.
Named for its clean icon-based display, the BW Icon shows simple symbols for gas levels and device status rather than live readings, so there are no numbers for workers to interpret and no time-consuming training. The IntelliFlash green light confirms compliance at a glance, while an amber light signals when maintenance is due.
A low-power infrared LEL sensor immune to silicone poisoning keeps combustible readings accurate, and 1-Series sensors respond to dangerous gas levels in seconds even in harsh temperatures. Two months of runtime on a 4.5-hour charge means no daily charging and no unexpected downtime.
The BW Icon connects to the IntelliDoX instrument management system, Honeywell Safety Suite and TouchConnect over Bluetooth for fast, wireless configuration and fleet management.
