The SharpEye 20/20FI is a high-speed version of the triple IR (IR3) flame detector, offering the highest possible immunity to false alarms. It is designed for fast-flame applications such as painting or solvent manufacturing, responding in 0.2-1.0 seconds at distances of 6.6-30 ft (2-10 m).

High-Speed IR3 Detection for Fast-Flame Environments
The SharpEye 20/20FI is a high-speed variant of the proven triple IR (IR3) flame detector design, engineered to combine rapid response with the highest possible immunity to false alarms.
It is purpose-built for applications where flames can develop extremely quickly, such as paint spraying, solvent manufacturing and similar processes. In these settings the 20/20FI delivers a response time of 0.2 to 1.0 seconds at distances from 6.6 to 30 ft (2 to 10 m).
Sensitivity selection, user-programmable configuration and both automatic and manual Built-In Test keep the detector precisely matched to the hazard, while an RS-485 interface and 4-20mA output support flexible integration.
