The Testo 325 range delivers affordable flue gas analysis with user-friendly operation and low running costs, making it ideal for checking emissions and monitoring thermal processes across a variety of industrial settings.
The 325-I is the entry point for SO2 measurement up to 3000 ppm, while the 325-I COhigh [O2] version measures CO and O2 for thermal processes such as funnel, hardening, smelting and annealing furnaces. Gas sensors can be changed easily by the user, and a magnetic SoftCase protects the instrument from dirt and impact.
The 325-2 and 325-3 cover the standard functions for basic adjustment of oil and gas burners, while the 325 M and 325 XL supply O2, CO and temperature at a glance with differential temperature and pressure measurement and on-site data documentation.

The 325-I is the introduction to affordable SO2 flue gas analysis, measuring SO2 from 0 to 3000 ppm with 1 ppm resolution.
It measures CO and O2 for checking the atmosphere of thermal processes such as funnel, hardening, smelting and annealing furnaces, and for adjusting process burners and gas motors.
Both supply O2, CO and temperature at a glance, but the 325 XL adds TUV-approved CO measurement, a cache for readings, fuel-specific factors for six fuels and memory for 20 data blocks.
