The smallest, lightest four-gas monitor that fits in your palm
RKI is proud to offer one of the smallest and lightest four-gas monitors in the world, the GX-2009. Weighing only 130 g it fits in the palm of your hand while simultaneously monitoring and displaying combustibles, oxygen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide.
Advancements include dual audible alarm ports and alarm LEDs on three sides of the instrument so alarm conditions are obvious from multiple perspectives, especially in high noise environments. A water resistant and dustproof IP-67 design, impact resistant rubber over-mold body and large capacity datalogging come as standard, along with vibration alarm, auto-calibration, bump test lock out and STEL/TWA readings.
All controls are operated through two glove-friendly buttons, and the NiMH battery set delivers 20 hours of operation with a three hour full charge. Built around compact, proven catalytic combustion, electrochemical and galvanic sensors, the GX-2009 works with the SDM-2009 calibration station and the Data Cal 2000 maintenance system. Although this product is no longer available for sale, it remains supported by Gastech Technical Services and Support.
