The PHD6 is a state-of-the-art multi-gas detector, offering five sensor ports, up to six channels of detection and 18 sensor options including electrochemical, LEL, PID and infra-red. It combines reliability and sophistication with the ease of use expected from a leading detector.
Day-to-day operations are controlled entirely through a simple multi-button interface, while a status bar with easy-to-recognise icons gives immediate access to everything from time to calibration status. Built-in menus let advanced users configure the detector in the field.
Constructed from an engineered polycarbonate frame with rubber overmould, the PHD6 is both tough and easy to handle. Interchangeable alkaline or Li-Ion battery packs deliver run times as long as 22 hours, and a built-in IrDA port allows PC configuration and field data download. Although no longer available for sale, the PHD6 is still supported by Technical Services and Support.
