Flue Gas Analysis Visualised Graphically at a Glance
The Testo 330 LL flue gas analyser visualises measurement data graphically. Self-explanatory graphic curves, easy symbols and a clear colour design ease the analysis of measurement data considerably, helping technicians exploit every optimisation opportunity in a combustion system.
The central element is the flue gas matrix, which shows whether CO and O2 values are in the green, permitted range and the heating system is optimally adjusted. Thumb symbols instantly show system status, and if values are outside the optimum range the matrix provides the information needed for adjustment.
Extended measurement menus such as solid fuel measurement and tightness testing enable comprehensive analysis, while a logger function supports easy long-term recording. Long-life LL sensors carry a 4-year guarantee with a life expectancy of up to 6 years, reducing follow-on costs.
