The Testo 330 flue gas analyser adds convenience and reliability with instrument diagnosis that reports the qualitative status of functions at the touch of a button. The 330-2 LL version reliably displays CO values up to 30,000 ppm using patented automatic dilution.
KEY BENEFITS
- Instrument diagnosis reports function status at a glance
- Automatic probe recognition for dT, dP and flue gas probes
- Quick-release probe device connects gas paths without mix-ups
- Particle filter located directly in the probe handle
- CO measurement up to 30,000 ppm with automatic dilution (330-2 LL)

Reliable flue gas analysis with built-in instrument diagnosis
The major advantage of the Testo 330 lies in its dialog feature: instrument diagnosis reports the qualitative status of functions at the touch of a button, including the level in a condensate trap and the condition of the gas sensors. Displayed maintenance intervals let you plan ahead so the analyser never lets you down unexpectedly.
Modular probes for differential temperature, differential pressure and flue gas are recognised automatically, with a quick-release device that connects all gas paths without mix-ups. A single rigid cable saves space and keeps things tidy, while the particle filter sits directly in the probe handle.
The Testo 330-2 LL adds an automatic leakproofness test and Testo’s patented technology that guarantees reliable display of CO values up to 30,000 ppm using automatic dilution, making it dependable even in badly polluted furnaces.

Its instrument diagnosis dialog reports the qualitative status of functions, such as condensate trap level and gas sensor condition, at the touch of a button.
Using Testo's patented automatic dilution, the 330-2 LL guarantees reliable display of CO values up to 30,000 ppm.
It measures O2, CO and CO2 as standard, with NO and NOlow available as options, plus ambient CO and CO2 with the appropriate probes.
Modular probes for differential temperature, differential pressure and flue gas are recognised automatically, with a quick-release device that connects all gas paths without mix-ups.
It is officially tested to EN 50379-2 for O2, temperature and pressure and to EN 50379-3 for CO.
