Designed for workers who need dependable single gas protection across a wide range of environments, the GasBadge Pro combines ease of use with a feature set that outperforms comparable single gas monitors at its price point.
At the core of its design is a range of interchangeable smart sensors that allow the GasBadge Pro to be quickly adapted to monitor oxygen or any one of a wide range of toxic gases, without requiring a new instrument. Sensors are user-replaceable, and CO, H2S and O2 sensors carry a two-year warranty. All other sensors are warranted for one year.
Data Logging and Compliance
The GasBadge Pro logs up to one year of continuous survey data and records the last 15 alarm events, with each event stamped with how long ago it occurred, its duration and the peak reading seen during the event. Standard STEL and TWA readings are included as standard, supporting compliance reporting without additional configuration. Event logs can be viewed on a PC or printed directly from the instrument to an infrared printer.
Simple Operation and Connectivity
The GasBadge Pro’s four-button interface provides intuitive navigation and access to setup, operation and calibration functions. The large LCD display includes a backlight for low-light conditions and supports both direct gas readings and a simple Go/No-Go display mode. The instrument communicates via infrared interface with the DSX Docking Station, Datalink and infrared printer for automated calibration, bump testing and data management.
Built Tough
The GasBadge Pro is housed in a rugged, water-resistant polycarbonate shell with a protective concussion-proof overmold designed to withstand the abuse of demanding industrial environments. At only 85 grams, it is lightweight enough to wear comfortably throughout a full shift. The top-mounted sensor design allows continuous and unobstructed gas detection even when the unit is placed in a shirt pocket. The instrument carries a Guaranteed for Life warranty – warranted for as long as it is supported by Industrial Scientific Corporation.

The GasBadge Pro instrument is warranted for as long as it is supported by Industrial Scientific Corporation. CO, H2S and O2 sensors carry a two-year warranty. All other sensors carry a one-year warranty. The warranty excludes batteries, sensors and filters.
