Portable VOC Monitor
The Honeywell MiniRAE Lite+ is an affordable handheld VOC monitor for leak detection, environmental clean up and remediation. Its 10.6 eV photoionisation detector measures VOCs from 0 to 5,000 ppm with a 3 second response, and its built in pump samples from up to 30 metres. It has Reflex PID Technology, humidity compensation, a rugged IP65 housing and an optional Bluetooth Low Energy module. It’s available in a non ATEX version for safe areas and an ATEX version.

Affordable, Reliable VOC Monitoring
Not all VOC monitoring needs ppb sensitivity or advanced wireless. Environmental remediation surveys, construction sites, leak detection and general VOC screening often just need a practical, reliable and affordable PID. The MiniRAE Lite+ is built for exactly that.
Honeywell describes it as one of the most reliable handheld VOC monitors on the market. Its 10.6 eV PID measures VOCs from 0 to 5,000 ppm with a 3 second response, using Reflex PID Technology and humidity compensation for accurate readings in the field.
Strong Sampling Pump
The built in pump draws samples at 400 cc/min from up to 30 metres away, horizontally or vertically, so readings can be taken without entering a contaminated area. The pump shuts off automatically if flow drops too low, and a tough, flexible Flex-I-Probe is included.
Choose the Right Version
Honeywell offers the MiniRAE Lite+ in two versions. The non ATEX version (PGM-7300) has no intrinsic safety certification and is for safe area use only. The ATEX version (PGM-7350) is certified ATEX II 2G EEx ia IIC T4.
For classified hazardous areas in Australia, the MiniRAE 3000 is the better fit. Talk to our Technical Consultants to match the right instrument to your site classification.
Built for Field Use
The rugged IP65 housing has a strong, removable rubber boot. The big graphic display is easy to read, and the large keys work with up to three layers of gloves. An integrated flashlight helps in low light.
The lamp and sensor can be reached in seconds without tools, and duty cycling lamp and sensor auto cleaning reduces maintenance. Li-ion and alkaline battery packs drop in and swap without tools, each giving around 12 hours of operation.
Data and Connectivity
The MiniRAE Lite+ logs six months of readings at one minute intervals. An optional Bluetooth Low Energy module provides wireless data transfer over short range, with data also downloadable to a PC. The display supports 12 languages.

The ATEX version (PGM-7350) is certified ATEX II 2G EEx ia IIC T4. For classified hazardous areas in Australia, talk to our Technical Consultants. The MiniRAE 3000 is usually the better fit.
The MiniRAE Lite+ measures 0 to 5,000 ppm, while the MiniRAE 3000+ measures 0 to 15,000 ppm and adds more wireless options and wider hazardous area certification. Both use Reflex PID Technology with humidity compensation. The MiniRAE Lite+ is the cost effective choice where the extra range and certification aren't needed.
About 12 hours on either the Li-ion battery pack or the alkaline battery adapter. Both packs drop in and swap in seconds without tools.
An optional BLE module enables wireless data transmission and instrument configuration via a dedicated mobile app for survey applications. There is no built-in Mesh Radio option on the MiniRAE Lite.

The 10.6 eV lamp carries a three year warranty. The pump, battery and instrument carry a one year warranty.
