Docking Station for BW Gas Detectors
The IntelliDoX by Honeywell is a modular automated instrument management system for BW single and multi gas detectors. Each module has its own pump, screen and keypad, so up to five linked modules can bump test, calibrate, configure and charge detectors independently, at the same time. FastBump completes a BW Clip bump test in 10 seconds, cutting the queue at the start of a shift. Managed through Honeywell Safety Suite, it gives safety managers clear visibility and control over fleet compliance.

FastBump. Less Time Waiting.
The biggest practical problem with bump testing a large fleet is the bottleneck at the start of a shift. Workers line up and each detector is tested in turn, slowing everyone down before work has started.
IntelliDoX tackles this with FastBump, which completes a BW Clip bump test in 10 seconds. A standard bump test takes 40 seconds. FastBump also avoids the costly purge cycles that waste calibration gas.
Modular and Scalable
Up to five IntelliDoX modules gang together in one configuration. Each module has its own operating system, LCD screen, keypad and internal pump, so it works independently. One module can bump test while another calibrates, and five detectors can be tested at the same time.
Setup takes under 2 minutes, from unpacking a five module dock to bump testing the first detector, with no tools needed. For operations with BW detectors across several sites, IntelliDoX modules can be installed at each location, with data brought together in Honeywell Safety Suite.
Flexible Configuration for Your BW Fleet
IntelliDoX doesn’t just bump test and calibrate. It configures. Through Honeywell Safety Suite, or Fleet Manager II v4.4 or higher, it can set high and low alarm set points, show gas readings during an alarm, enable the non compliance indicator, hibernate detectors, schedule bump test and calibration reminders, transfer event logs and update firmware.
That means detector settings can be standardised, audited and updated centrally, without handling each detector individually.
The Right Module for Each Detector
IntelliDoX modules are built for specific BW detector families. For example, there’s a dedicated IntelliDoX module for the BW Icon and BW Flex. If your fleet includes more than one type of BW detector, talk to our Technical Consultants about the right module mix.
The Multi-Inlet Key lets a single IntelliDoX module connect to multiple calibration gas cylinders. That’s useful for sites running BW Clip detectors for different gases.
Data and Compliance Records
Each module stores records in 2 GB of internal memory, with a real time clock stamping the date and time on each one. Bump tests, peak exposures and other gas detection data transfer over USB or Ethernet. The USB port also lets you configure module settings or get data without network access.
