There are plenty of gas detector brands on the market. Most are built overseas and shipped here. Gastech is different. We design, engineer and build our own gas detectors right here in WA. Our R&D team brings over 100 years of combined experience, and almost half of that is in gas detection alone. That matters more than most people realise.

When a Gastech gas detector is specified for a mine site, an offshore platform or a chemical processing facility, it has already been stress-tested, simulated and validated before it ever leaves the workshop. Our mechanical engineers use state-of-the-art simulation tools to test for real-world physical stresses before a product reaches the tooling stage. By the time it ships, it has earned its place in the field.

The Gastech range covers the D-Guard series of fixed digital gas detectors, the B-Guard infrared carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon monitors, the S-Guard smart transmitter series for toxic and flammable gas detection, the F-Guard flame detector range and the G-Manager fleet management platform. One philosophy runs through all of them, make the right choice simple for the operator, whatever the application.
